
Grannie's ginger cookies with lemon cream filling by ming makes cupcakes are, in my sister's words, 'the best cookie I have ever eaten in my life.' I am quite the cookie maker (they're easier than cupcakes and almost always edible no matter how they look!) and this is going to be my new core recipe. Chewy but with a grainy sugary crunch, soft but not crumbly, sweet but with a hint of spice. Just the best.
